The Bomb Squad investigated a suspicious device earlier today in Rhawnhurst.

A robotic unit investigated the object on the 1700-block of Hoffnagle Street, while several surrounding blocks were closed off for precaution. Authorities safely disposed of the device, but are still unclear what it is.
