A pedestrian is dead following a car accident on Roosevelt Boulevard last night, near Frankford and Oxford Circle.

A 40-year-old man was crossing the Boulevard near Bridge Street, from east to west, when he was struck in the northbound lanes around 11 p.m. Sunday. The pedestrian was pronounced dead on the scene. No charges have been filed against the driver, who stopped.
