Ryan vs. Judge

The persistent rain couldn't dampen the enthusiasm of Ryan fans, who cheered on their team to the very end, despite the 38-6 loss to Judge.

Near the end of the game, running back/wide receiver Brian Murphy (1) broke free, and with Tim Kane (24) as his wingman, ran more than 40 yards to score a touchdown. It was Judge defensive back John Donohoe's (11) attempt of a diving tackle at the 3-yard line that sent Murphy catapulting into the end zone.

You always expect to see Crusaders' running back Curtis Wortham accumulate a few dozen yards per game; he didn't disappoint. Ryan defenders Tony Vendetti (11), Anthony Victor (31) and Cavan Cantagallo (54) combined on many of Wortham's tackles.
