Because of cell towers? The Neast is so melodramatic sometimes. If Homlesburg wants more clout with the ZBA, they need some bigger names backing them up. Burholme seems to do a good job, because they have Taubenberger at the helm. Maybe there's no one like that in Holmesburg, so they'll have to work with the outside. Green is probably a good ally, so they're not entirely misguided. Cell towers just aren't a good place to burn up the little power you have. Under attack? Because of cell towers?
