		<description>As with any group moving into a blighted area there will be much skepticism. Talk is cheap; we&#039;ll see what Mr. Bannister is willing to put in writing and what his follow through is. He seemed very sincere and I hope he does share the same vision as those who enriched themselves developing other Philly neighborhoods; like the one he lives in. He&#039;ll get my vote, and support, if he is true to his word.</description>
