A car chase involving State Troopers and a 16-year-old driver ended with a shooting in Wissinoming yesterday.

The teenager led police in a brief pursuit around 2:45 a.m. Wednesday, then exited I-95. A trooper opened fire on the driver on the 5400-block of Walker Street, and the suspect was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital with a bullet wound to his shoulder. No troopers were injured.
