		<description>If, the playground is on school district property, perhaps they could spend a small portion of just one PR contract let to the friends of local powerful politicians that orchestrated the state takeover of the Phila. School District.  Pres. DeFelice should ask his friend Rep. Perzel why the school district wasted so much money on needless PR contracts, when things like the playground would be used by many families in the area.</description>
