I’ve seen Port Richmond labeled as everything from the river to Kensington Ave, so the intersection at Somerset could be part of PR. And even in some cases, I’ve seen people group this corner of the city (“East Philly” for lack of a better term) in with the NE, since it’s so different than North Philly. So it’s not that bad what KYW said.

Really though, they could have simplified things by saying Kensington.
