Sean Hodges got a warm welcome yesterday upon his return to Anne Frank Elementary School.

The physical education teacher left his position at the school in January to serve a four-month tour with the U.S. Army in Afghanistan.

Students and faculty at the Bustleton school — many of whom kept in touch with Hodges over the Internet — shared a celebration with Hodges upon his return. Hodges can now get back into the swing of things at Anne Frank, while enjoying time with his girlfriend and infant son.
