Stephen Fediuk received a $1,000 college scholarship from the Philadelphia Protestant Hom, presented by Eileen Bratton, the daughter of Mavis Morrissey, for whom the scholarship is named.

Stephen Fediuk received a $1,000 college scholarship from the Philadelphia Protestant Home, presented by Eileen Bratton, the daughter of Mavis Morrissey, for whom the scholarship is named.

Stephen Fediuk a 2010 graduate of Cardinal Dougherty High School, is the winner of The Philadelphia Protestant Home Mavis Morrissey Memorial Scholarship. 

Fediuk, who is part of Dougherty’s final graduating class, will attend Holy Family University in the fall where he’ll major in nursing.

The $1,000 scholarship is named in memory of Mavis Morrissey, a career nurse and the mother of Eileen Bratton, director of Nursing in Pathways Healthcare at PPh.  The scholarship was made possible by a grant from Patricia Baccash, M.D., PPh’s medical director.
