From the 7th District Police:

The 7th District has experiences a spike in hub cap thefts. In the past 2 days, there have been 15 hub cap thefts. The areas affected are from Red Lion Road south to Woodward street, and the Blvd to Bustleton Avenue. Call 911 if you observe suspicious activity around any vehicle. DO NOT TAKE ANY ACTION, outside of calling 911 with a good description.
