A toddler was taken to the hospital yesterday morning after a near-drowning accident.

The 3-year-old was taken to Aria Health-Torresdale just before 11 a.m. for a code blue situation after nearly drowning in a pool on the 7300-block of Ryers Avenue in Burholme. There is no word on the child’s condition.
