Crime-SceneA homeowner sustained minor injuries overnight when his home was invaded.

About 2:30 a.m., five gunmen entered a home on the 3500-block of Dows Road, where they tied the homeowner up and raided the house for cash.

It’s unclear how much money the suspects took, but they remain on the loose. A motive has not yet been determined.

    You know, I remember back in the day when we would leave our doors open and not worry about it. This is so sad. Nobody is immune from this sort of thing anymore. Hope the people in the house were not hurt.

    Times are changing and everyone must be on their guard This is yet another wake up call for folks to lock their doors and windows for both homes and cars. Northeast Philly is NOT immune!
