West Frankford Town Watch President Mike Mawson has reported that two shootings occurred overnight during town watch patrols.

Around 11:30 p.m., a teenager was shot on the 5700-block of Leonard Street. Police discovered the teen lying in the street, and rushed him to St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. WFTW reports the teen was 17, while Action News says he is 14. NEast Philly is awaiting confirmation on his age.

Just a couple hours later, a fatal shooting occurred on the 1600-block of Pratt Street. No further information has been released.
