I would say castor  and the boulevard is the center of oxford circle then it goes up up to castor until you hit devereaux]]></description>

I think part of the confusion here starts because google maps sets the label for Oxford Circle more in the area of Castor Gardens. You should take it up with the google folks.]]></description>
