I would say “Oxford Circle” is the center of oxford circle, and goes up to whatever border line startrs castor gardens, which i would say is about Carnell School.But i agree that it never goes to “The other side of the boulevand”

the problem is that there really is no border and most of that area has no neighborhood name or is just easily call oxford circle.

I would say castor and the boulevard is the center of oxford circle then it goes up up to castor until you hit devereaux

What borders do you use for Oxford Circle then?

I think part of the confusion here starts because google maps sets the label for Oxford Circle more in the area of Castor Gardens. You should take it up with the google folks.
