Northeast residents tried to vandalize South Street Bridge 3

Nov9

Three Northeast residents have been arrested and charged with trying to vandalize the South Street Bridge.

John David Marks, 30; Joseph Segeske, 25; and an unnamed 16-year-old were arrested early Sunday morning for vandalism, the Inquirer reports. The three were spotted walking away from a brick wall near 30th Street Station, leaving behind the tags TBR and KYLES in red, yellow and blue spray paint. They were on their way to the bridge when they were spotted by a state police officer.

All three suspects have been charged with criminal mischief, and the two adults also face charges of corrupting a minor.

The South Street Bridge reopened Saturday after a $67 million renovation project.

All 3 should be made to wear a dress while cleaning up throughout the City for 2 hours a day , 5 days a week for 6 months and attend some sort of educational class. If they don’t show send them to a scared straight type of class. The neighborhoods are starting to look real dirt ball with all this painting over everything, advertisement signs , etc.
