15th District officer forced to shoot attacking dog 0

An officer in the 15th District was forced to shoot a dog this morning when it began attacking him. Just before 9 a.m., the officer discharged his gun on the 1400-block of Unity Street in Frankford after being attacked.The officer was treated for a hand injury, and the dog’s injuries are reportedly not life-threatening.
