It was deja vu in Mayfair yesterday, where residents of the 4000-block of Aldine Street once again had their tires slashed. The same thing happened a week ago, on the same block.

Last week, Mayfair Town Watch President Milt Martelack said the incident was evidence of “very serious issues with widespread vandalism” in the neighborhood. A week later, he and his members are dealing with the same issue.

About two dozen cars had their tires slashed, according to reports, along the 4000-block of Aldine Street and neighboring Teesdale Street.
