It’s been abandoned for over 3 years, with no roof, burst pipes, collapsed ceiling, black mold, no gas, no water, clogged main drain, uplifted sidewalk & uprooted tree which needs removal. It’s been sold once @ Sheriffs’ Sale & walked away from, There’ve been teens inside, broken windows & fires. CLIP has been cutting yard mess for 3 years
