Friday – Police are looking for a Lincoln Town Car involved in a hit-and-run accident that left a 4-year-old boy in the hospital. The driver struck the boy around 8 a.m. as the boy ran out between cars on the 1600-block of Pratt Street while walking with his father. The driver fled the scene in what may be a limo car. UPDATE — (10:20p.m. Aug. 3) — Ron Larkin, 38, surrendered to police Monday. Larkin is the boyfriend of 54-year-old Dorothy Flora, who shot Flor and her son after a domestic dispute.

UPDATE — (3:50p.m. Aug. 2,) — The Philadelphia Inquirer has confirmed the pair was mother and son, Dorothy Flora and Shane Ferguson. The suspect has not yet been found.
