UPDATE (Sept. 7, 9:36 a.m.) — Police have identified the victim as 18-year-old Nasiyis Malik Ingram of the 4800-block of Tackawanna Street.

An 18-year-old died early Sunday morning following a shooting overnight in Frankford.

Roughly 10 people showed up for last night’s Frankford Civic Association meeting – an unusually low turnout, as some attending members mentioned – to hear the latest on several zoning issues in the neighborhood.
