For the sixth year in a row, Father Judge High School hosted a successful Taste of Northeast Philly event Saturday.

Held every year in the Holmesburg school’s cafeteria and gym, the event boasts food from dozens of area restaurants, in addition to beer, raffles, live music and, this year, the Phillies game on a giant projection screen. Father Judge grad Mike LeCompt will play Pennypack Park’s Summer Music Festival tonight at 7 p.m. Don’t forget your chairs, blankets, snacks and bugspray.

This will be the first official week of the concert series, as last week’s scheduled performance, the high school bands, were cancelled due to inclement weather. They may be rescheduled.
